The digital patient record
The digital patient record (CIP) is a collection of personal health information which can be accessed securely at any time by authorized health professionals, as well as the patients themselves. Hence, patients assume a central role and can contribute to take better care of their own health.
Across Switzerland, there are several organizations offering CIP. In the Canton of Ticino, this is entrusted and coordinated by the Association e-Health Ticino, which from next year will be able to offer access to the CIP to both health professionals and the general population
Come and learn more about CIP and discover why it allows patients to be better informed about their health status and to be followed in an optimal way by various health professionals, in Ticino and throughout Switzerland.
This event, which will take place at LAC in Lugano, will be an opportunity to meet specialists from eHealth Ticino and eHealth Suisse at a dedicated booth. You will be able to find out what CIP is, how it works, its advantages and how you can get your own.
This information booth is supported by the e-Health Ticino Association.
